This contract has been drawn up in accordance with the Regulation on the Implementation Procedures and Principles of Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated 13.06.2003 and numbered 25137, in accordance with the obligation to conclude a contract for sales made over the internet, all users are deemed to have accepted that they have read and approved the Sales Agreement as soon as they complete their membership process. The terms of the contract are as follows:
ARTICLE 1 - SUBJECT
The subject of this contract covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 4077-Distance Contracts Implementation Principles and Procedures regarding the sale and delivery of the product sold by the SELLER to the BUYER, whose qualifications and sales price are specified below.

ARTICLE 2.2 - CUSTOMER INFORMATION
The person who is a member of the www.osbbiological.com shopping site as a customer, the address and contact information used while becoming a member is taken as basis on.
ARTICLE 3 - CONTRACTUAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
It consists of the type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity, sales price, payment method, and information at the time the order is finalized.
ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1 – The BUYER declares that (s)he has read all the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery of the product or products that are the subject of the contract specified in Article 3, and that (s)he has given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
4.2 – The product or products subject to the contract shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated within the period specified in the preliminary information, depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
4.3 – If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, OSB BIOLOGICAL PLANT PROTECTION SYSTEMS FT. IND. AND TRADE. CO. LTD. cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery.
4.4 – OSB BIOLOGICAL PLANT PROTECTION SYSTEMS FT. IND. AND TRADE. CO. LTD. is responsible for the delivery of the contracted product in a sound, complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
4.5 - For the delivery of the product subject to the contract, the signed copy of this contract must be sent to OSB BIOLOGICAL PLANT PROTECTION SYSTEMS FT. IND. AND TRADE. CO. LTD. and it must be delivered to the contact address and the price must be paid with the payment method preferred by the BUYER. If for any reason the product price is not paid or canceled in the bank records, OSB BIOLOGICAL PLANT PROTECTION SYSTEMS FT. IND. AND TRADE. CO. LTD. is deemed to be released from the obligation to deliver the product.
4.6- After the delivery of the product, due to the unfair or illegal use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons, which is not due to the BUYER's fault, the relevant bank or financial institution shall pay the product price of the OSB BIOLOGICAL PLANT PROTECTION SYSTEMS FT. IND. AND TRADE. CO. LTD. In case of failure to pay on behalf of the BUYER, the product is delivered to OSB BIOLOGICAL PLANT PROTECTION SYSTEMS FT. IND. AND TRADE. CO. LTD. must be sent to the contact address. In this case, the shipping costs belong to the BUYER
4.7- OSB BIOLOGICAL PLANT PROTECTION SYSTEMS FT. IND. AND TRADE. CO. LTD. If the product subject to the contract cannot be delivered in due time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as weather conditions preventing transportation, interruption of transportation, it is obliged to notify the BUYER of the situation. In this case, the BUYER may use one of the rights to cancel the order, replace the product subject to the contract with its precedent, if any, and/or postpone the delivery time until the obstacle is removed. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid will be refunded within 30 days as paid by the buyer.
4.8 - Defective or damaged products of products sold with or without warranty certificate can be sent to the OSB BIOLOGICAL PLANT PROTECTION SYSTEMS FT. IND. AND TRADE. CO. LTD. 'contact address. In this case, shipping costs will be covered by OSB BIOLOGICAL PLANT PROTECTION SYSTEMS FT. IND. AND TRADE. CO. LTD. .
4.9-The product images appearing on the website (OSB BIOLOGICAL) are representative and may not be in the same brand, model, pattern and color combination as the products sold. OSB BIOLOGICAL PLANT PROTECTION SYSTEMS FT. IND. AND TRADE. CO. LTD. reserves the right to change the brand, model, pattern and color combinations of the products sold. In the event that the basic characteristics of the products sold do not change, the Buyer has no right to demand cancellation-return or change due to the different brand, model, pattern and color combinations.
4.10- This contract is approved electronically by the BUYER (after membership is completed) OSB BIOLOGICAL PLANT PROTECTION SYSTEMS FT. IND. AND TRADE. CO. LTD. It becomes valid after it is delivered to the address.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to himself or the person/organization at the address indicated. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal OSB BIOLOGICAL PLANT PROTECTION SYSTEMS FT. IND. AND TRADE. CO. LTD. , it is obligatory to notify the communication channels by e-mail or telephone and that the product has not been used within the framework of the provisions of the relevant article. OSB BIOLOGICAL PLANT PROTECTION SYSTEMS FT. IND. AND TRADE. CO. LTD. It is obligatory to return the original invoice and the copy of the cargo delivery report indicating that it was sent to the contact addresses. The product price is returned to the BUYER within 30 days following the receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, it cannot be returned. The shipping cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal is covered by the BUYER. In addition, the consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal for the goods produced in accordance with the special requests and demands of the consumer or made personal by making changes or additions.
In case the payment is made with a credit card or a similar payment card, the consumer may request the cancellation of the payment transaction on the grounds that the card was used against his will and illegally. In this case, the card issuer returns the payment amount to the consumer within 10 days from the notification of the objection. In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and OSB BIOLOGICAL PLANT PROTECTION SYSTEMS FT. IND. AND TRADE. CO. LTD. Consumer Courts in the settlement are authorized.
In the event that the order is concluded, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
